How to shop at Gundam-store.dk

You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

As soon as the shipment is packed and ready for dispatch, you will receive an email with shipping information so you can track the shipment during the delivery process.
Ordering
At Gundam-store, you can only order items via our website. If you have inquiries or requests for items not on the site, you are welcome to contact us by phone, email or chat.
All prices include VAT and other taxes. Prices are daily prices, and we reserve the right for printing errors, stock errors, and price changes.
When you shop at Gundam-store, all agreements are concluded in Danish.
Payment
Gundam-store accepts the following payment types:
- Payment cards
- Paypal
- Mobilepay
- ViaBill
Gundam-store.dk uses an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Delivery
We ship to all EU countries + Norway, USA, and Canada, as well as the Philippines, Taiwan, and Singapore.
If you reside in a country outside the EU and have not collected your goods in time, causing them to be returned, the return shipping costs, import duties, VAT, and customs will be at your own expense. This means it will be deducted from your credit balance.
Stocked items are shipped, where possible, on the same day if the order is placed before 12:00 PM. There may be special exceptions during holidays, in which case it will be clearly stated on the page.
Packages to Denmark are sent with GLS and have an expected (though not guaranteed) delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Packages to the EU and Norway up to 20 kg are sent with GLS and have an expected (though not guaranteed) delivery time of 2-4 business days.
Packages to the USA and Canada are sent with PostNord/DPD and have an expected (though not guaranteed) delivery time of up to 10 business days.
Gundam-store cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries once packages have been handed over to GLS or PostNord/DPD in due time.
How GLS, PostNord/DPD delivers:

GLS, PostNord/DPD can deliver to any person at the recipient's address. It is the recipient's own responsibility to forward to any attention person. In certain countries, neighbor delivery may occur if the recipient is not at the address.

If GLS, PostNord/DPD does not find anyone at the recipient's address, GLS, PostNord/DPD will deposit the package at a GLS, PostNord/DPD ParcelShop or a GLS, PostNord/DPD depot. The recipient will be informed accordingly. After 7 calendar days, GLS, PostNord/DPD will return the package to the sender.
- GLS, PostNord/DPD reserves the right to deliver to a different ParcelShop than the one chosen by the customer.
If you do not collect your package from the GLS, PostNord/DPD ParcelShop within the specified deadline, the package will be returned to Gundam-store, and all costs associated with the return (including return shipping and any customs duties and other fees) will be deducted from your credit balance for the returned items.
*If you wish to pick up your order in person at Gundam-store, this must be agreed upon prior to placing your order.*
Right of withdrawal
A full 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on items purchased from Gundam-store.
How to cancel your purchase:
Cancellation must be notified in writing to info@gundam-store.dk no later than 14 days after you have received your order. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
The notification must contain the following information:
- Order number
- Recipient's contact information

When returning in connection with exercising the right of withdrawal, both the product and the product packaging must be in the same condition as upon receipt. If you have broken the packaging or otherwise altered the condition of the item, the right of return lapses, as the product in this case will be considered used.
How to return your order if you have regretted your purchase:
Returns must be made no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you have regretted your purchase, and you must cover all return costs.
You are also responsible for ensuring that the return shipment is adequately packaged for transport. If the product arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging (this will be assessed during the damage handling by the shipping company), the purchase amount will not be refunded.

Packages sent COD or to a parcel shop will not be accepted. DAO is discouraged, as they either leave the package or attempt delivery before the store opens.
How we refund the purchase amount:
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it.
We reserve the right to cancel orders or block accounts in case of abuse, suspicion of fraud, or repeated systematic cancellations/returns that incur disproportionate costs for the company.
Right of complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
The right of complaint applies exclusively to defects in the product (material and/or manufacturing) and does not apply to cancellation of purchase, or to errors or damages caused by incorrect operation of the product.
How to file a complaint:
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@gundam-store.dk prior to return.
The complaint must contain the following information:
- Order number
- Recipient's contact information
- Detailed information about the nature of the complaint.
- Photos of the defect on the product - this can help for a quick resolution.
Naturally, we want to find the best solution for you, and therefore we will jointly assess how we compensate in the specific situation.
This could, for example, be an exchange of the item (if possible), a full refund, or a price reduction.
If the item needs to be exchanged:
Gundam-store covers shipping costs associated with the exchange.
In certain cases, we may ask for the defective item to be returned. In that case, we will send you a link to our return portal.
For full refunds or price reductions:
If you are to receive money back, we will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
In some cases, it may be necessary to provide your account number so that we can refund the amount via bank transfer.
Shipping damage (complaint)
All complaints must be made in writing to info@gundam-store.dk, after which Gundam-store will handle the case in cooperation with the chosen shipping company.
In the event of shipping damage where the content is damaged or missing, the recipient must complain immediately after delivery and no later than within 4 days of delivery, otherwise all claims will be forfeited.
The complaint must contain the following information:
- Order number
- Recipient's contact information
- Detailed information about the nature of the complaint.

Photos of damaged package(s) and packaging. The package number must be clearly visible in the pictures.
NOTE: Without sufficient photo documentation, it may be required that the recipient makes the damaged package available for collection at the delivery address in its original packaging. If this is not possible, the right to compensation is lost.
If the damaged package is moved from the recipient's address before it has been possible to inspect the package, the right to compensation is also forfeited.
Returning items
Regardless of the reason for return (Right of Withdrawal or Right of Complaint), a prior agreement must be made.
Gundam-Store exclusively covers return costs if a prior, written agreement has been made. In such cases, we will send you a link to our return portal.

Packages sent C.O.D. or to a parcel shop will not be accepted.
Pre-orders
Products marked "Pre-order" are in remote storage and ordered in on demand. You must therefore be aware that there may be long waiting times. For the same reason, special rules apply to payment and delivery.
Ordering and delivery of Pre-orders:
Products marked "Pre-order" are not in our physical warehouse. We order directly from the distributor on the same day, and the expected delivery time will be shown under the product. Please note that the delivery date can change continuously. You can stay updated under the product you have ordered, which is updated daily. The delivery date is pulled directly from the distributor and is not something we can influence.
We do not partial-deliver products in this category. If you order several products, some of which are in stock and others are in remote storage (Pre-orders), all products in an order will be sent together when they are received in our warehouse.
If you want stocked items immediately, they must be ordered separately.
Payment for Pre-orders:
If your order contains one or more products in the Pre-order category, the amount will be reserved on your account but will only be charged when we ship from our own warehouse.
Please note that there are certain exceptions.
Exceptions:
- If you pay with Quickpay (Payment card, MobilePay or Paypal), according to Quickpay's terms, the money must be charged within 179 days. Therefore, the money will be deducted from your account within 179 days, even if the item has not yet been shipped by us.
- If you pay with Viabill, the money must be charged within 179 days, therefore the money will be deducted from your account within 179 days, even if the item has not yet been shipped by us.

Shop Pay expires after 7 days, so here the money will be deducted within a week.
