30MM 1/144 bEXM-21 Verdenova [Green]

The Verdenova is the Byron/Bailon force high-maneuver aerial mech.

I'll put it plainly, the HG F91 Gundam is strictly a better kit for almost the same price. They both have swappable heads and they both have underslung rifles attached to their backpacks.
That being said, they're obviously not the same line of kits, but while the Verdenova has modularity, the F91 has color separation and a 'whole' design (and more equipment). Alternatively the HG Windam has a wing-pack, if that's what you're looking for.

Aesthetics:
Definitely one of the sleeker 30mm designs.
The most prominent trait is its chest cockpit, giving the model a jet airplane design, with white leg and shoulder cabling and the usual Bailon green/brown army colors. The kit includes a single eye grunt head and a commander type dual eyes and fin head (fin can be placed on the other head).

Mechanics/bits:
The kit uses the Spinatio C runner for joints, so the knees are the usual sloppy mess, especially since this kit is so top heavy. The arms have limited bends which is a nuisance considering how it's supposed to hold the angled side handles on its underslung guns (or you can equip them as held rifles).
The cockpit is detachable (single peg connection), but the Verdenova's chest is shaped to fit the canopy - While you can put it on the chest of other models that have a single chest hole like the Portanova, Tecprot or a Spinatio, it can look awkward or get in the way of a chin.
The forearm and side skirt armor can be used on other models as armor. The wings don't tilt, they only fold up/down and the two packback (with and without gun joints) have standard HG double peg connections.

I'd give it a B- for compatibility - This isn't a kit you harvest parts from for other stuff, but there is a JA1 runner with well over a dozen peg bits/joint and a couple of peg-to-C-clip hinges, which are useful for all the '30' line kits.

Equipment:
2 Heads as previously described
2 Beam style rifles that can be held by their regular gun handles and have multiple 3mm holes for attachments - Each rifle has an optional angled side grip that attached into any 3mm hole
The usual Spinatio C runner stuff like hands (2 holding, 1 angled hold, 2 spread open hands, one pair of hand backs between all of them)

Conclusion:
There are plenty of 3mm holes for attachments without making the model look like a sieve, like some of the older 30MM kits.
It's pretty top heavy and sits on a Spinatio style wasp waist, which in conjunction with its C-clip knees makes it prone to crumple over in some direction. The feet have long backwards heel prongs to distribute the weight, so if the knees and waist were tight, it could stand at fairly extreme angles.
If you like the look of it, that's your reason to get this. For parts or a mech with 'top wings' rather than angel wings, there are better options, especially among gunpla, for the same price.
