Matte Gold Model

Hyaku Shiki 2.0 - The main mobile suit of Quattro 'totally not Char' Bajeena from the show "Mobile Suit - Zeta Gundam".

Hyaku Shiki translates to 'Type 100' named so by its lead developer in the hopes of the core principles enduring for a hundred years (the way the design fundamentals enables the mobility of the mobile suit).
The Hyaku Shiki itself is a compromised outcome of the failed 'Delta Gundam' project, unable to transforms into wave rider mode (a jet flier like the Zeta Gundam) - Later this design lead to the Delta Plus (Gundam Unicorn show).
Its gold coloring is an anti-beam coating and its wing binder panels (wings) are thruster panels that redistribute the mass of the whole mobile suit in space, making it more nimble and more easily controllable.

Aesthetics:
The obvious selling point of this kit is the matte gold coating, which for the most part but not everywhere, is undergated. A few notable spots are the head antenna, beam saber hilts and the the back of the wing binders.
While the red and the softer dark plastics look great, I'm not too keen on the navy blue and especially not the metal injection grey parts which have extremely obvious nub marks on the wing binders.

The kit comes with three decals sheets - Foils with camera and eye stickers, a sticker decal sheet and a dry-transfer sheet with symbols.
Note that the foil sheet includes color correction stickers for the black parts on the binders. I'd recommend painting instead, as the stickers aren't very nice, especially on a 'premium' gold kit.

Mechanics:
Even though it's supposed to originally be a transformer, this kit is NOT capable of any transformation, nor does it have any of the underlying structures to support it.
What it does have, is a very nice range of movement. The torso tilts and bends nicely, the legs have independent hinges for aerial poses (very solid), great limb bends and decent articulation of the wing binders. The head collides with the collar unfortunately, so it doesn't turn its head very well.
The cockpit opens, but the hatches are kind of dumb, they are difficult to open and close - Feels like they could've been done much smarter.
The hands, while looking a little awkward and square, have articulated individual fingers and a strong grip on weapons, with built in tabs on everything.
The top of the head pops off to place two alternative lenses, either black eyes or the IDE system 'red lines' eyes.

Equipment:
1 Beam Rifle - Storable on back
1 Clay Bazooka - Removable magazine, storable on back
2 alternative eye lenses
2 'flashlight style' Beam Saber Hilts stored on the back skirt
2 yellow Beam Saber effect parts
2 pilot figures and 2 Quattro Bajeena mini-figs
1 Spare Antenna
1 Adapter for an action base

Also comes with a set of adapters for the old ballute system (a NOT INCLUDED attachable parachute system for atmosphere re-entry).

Conclusion:
Pricey but solid model kit, it looks great and it poses very well, albeit the bazooka doesn't fit over the shoulder, only under it.
Notably there's no shield included.
Would recommend buying an action base

I bought this kit (2015) with the 2011 Delta Plus and there are no re-used runners, they are (thankfully) completely different kits, which also means that you can't put the gold parts on the Delta (you're better off spray painting the parts gold than trying to swap and reshape them).

9/10
