30 Minutes Preference are 'premium' sister kits that are a little more detailed than their counterparts.

Note that 30MP is not the same as 30MS, these are less generalized kits, so they are not fully compatible. In this example, the waists and legs are thinner, with a different torso structure, however you should be able to swap hair, face plates, arms and so on, for the most part, just don't be surprised if something doesn't fit perfectly.

Ryo Yamada, like the other names, is a pun in multiple ways, but the simplest to explain is that the girl band is based on a real life band and that the way her name is written 'Yamada-Ryo' sounds like 'Yamada style', as a reference to the bassist of the band AKG (their basses have the same body shape as well).

Aesthetics:
A tiny but interesting detail, is that Ryo's ears have tiny studs on them, which I encourage you to give a dab of paint or marker.

Ryo features the same stage skirt-and-tee look as the previous two girls, only her (single) rubber skirt is longer and she only has a sitting alternative, rather than a flowing skirt alternative.

On the other hand she has two pairs of lower torso + legs, one set bare skin with grey panties and the other pair being dark grey leggings. She has the same sneakers as the others as well as a pair of plain ankle boots.
Just like there's no dynamic skirt, there are also no extra hair parts- It would seem that when she is on stage, Ryo is focused on her bass slaps, making Davie504 proud.

Ryo's bass guitar is tan with a pistachio green plate and the two straps (for sitting and standing) are blue with large pink sakura flowers on them.
Ryo has different hands than the others for handling her bass.

Compatibility:
As far as I can tell she (and the others) uses Color B skin parts.
As noted the waist and legs are slimmer, so there are going to be some compatibility issues with 30MS, so even though you get an extra pair of legs, the use case is going to be limited, mostly to the other band girls.

The hair, face plates, arms+hands and shoes should all be entirely fine for use with other kits, just note that she doesn't have that little hair tab, so you can't put cat ears on her. A crime, I know.

You can put the bass guitar on pretty much anything as it is.

Equipment:
2 Face Plates - Neutral smile and neutral passive with Ryo's cheek beauty mark
2 blank Face Plates
1 sheet of waterslide decal expressions
1 Bass Guitar with two straps
1 Bass Pedal and a wire
1 Microphone Stand (adjustable)
11 various Hands (for guitar use) - The pegs are fixed to the arms
1 Pair of Sneakers and 1 pair of plain Ankle Boots
1 pair of bare Legs + 1 pair of Leggings-Legs + sat down lower body
1 Skirt
1 Zip tie bracelet and sleeve + alternative sleeve for no bracelet
1 extra Zip tie bracelet accessory
1 unpainted 'Roadside Weed' for munching on (don't, it's a choking hazard)
1 open Booklet on Edible Weeds in plain plastic (no decal, you have to paint it yourself)

Conclusion:
Ryo is a bit of a repeat model of the other two, with the third reuse of the torso, what seems like the same legs that Bocchi uses (in other colors) and the same microphone stand, with the smallest pedal accessory yet.
A fun addition is the included 'finger circle' gesture - In Japanese it's a sign for money, while it's otherwise known for excellence in cooking or the circle game in America.

What helps the steep price is the waterslide decal set with 18 expressions, which continues to be the saving grace of the line, as Ryo has multiple useful expressions that will work on any face plate, with any other girl. They all feature the beauty mark, but you can simply avoid including it, when cutting out expressions from the sheet.

For the bass guitar, I recommend using a regular/fine tip silver marker to highlight the strings easily. I'd avoid using the gunpla markers, as they leave large amounts of paint that'll just flood in between the strings.
I tried dry-brushing silver paint on, but it mostly just made a mess that I had to clean up. Lesson learned.
Gold or copper also works fine, if you don't want a steel-strings look.
