Richetta, which appeared in the first 30MS release and has been leading the 30MS series, is now available with a completely new design!
■The parts on the runners have been arranged to be "optimal," with an emphasis on ease of assembly and work flow, allowing for smooth assembly.
■Customize into armed mode by assembling the armor parts!
■Three rich expressions are included for the face parts, "normal," "smiling," and "confused," using tampo printing.
■A large claw unit is suspended from the backpack, and it can be transformed and attached to the arm. The head comes with a cat-ear-like headband and a tail part made of lead wire.
■The abdomen is designed with a mechanism to prevent the hip joint parts from coming off, so that they do not separate when moving the legs during posing.
■The "30 MINUTES SISTERS" lineup includes face parts, hairstyle parts, and body parts for each part. You can create your own sister by combining it with separately sold parts.
■The soles of the shoes have 3mm joints that are suitable for customization, expanding the possibilities for customization. Parts from "30 MINUTES MISSIONS" can also be installed as options. (※ The target age for the "30 MINUTES MISSIONS" kit is 8 years old and above.)

Rishetta 2.0?

Rishetta was the first 30MS release, with a tall girl in a black and grey body suit with orange accents, bare thighs and a few black and orange accessories - The line was made as a direct but cheaper alternative to Kotobukiya's "mecha musume" (mecha girls) Frame Arms Girls, as a modular tie-in to Bandai's own 30 Minutes Label franchise, which has expanded considerably since its conception. Want to put mech limbs on a girl body? Here's an entire compatible range of mecha, on top of HG.

Freesia, then, is the 2.0 of everyone's favorite grey haired cat girl.
A common complaint was the "DLC" nature of the first kits, which did not include Rishetta's 'Speed Armor' and while that fit in line with keeping the kits affordable, it felt cheap to not have a complete set, something Bandai changed as they made new releases.
Freesia also reflects that change by including a full set of equipment, while the simultaneous launch of extra parts (Dash Unit) were completely optional black and white limb replacements and stick-on roller blades.

Aesthetics:
Freesia is a partial reverse scheme of the original, having bare legs from the thighs down, bare shoulders, a lot of midriff showing and a small 'above-the-butt window' on her backside.
Her original "aerodynamic" chest has also been replaced with a pair of healthy looking, bulging and pushed up pair of stress relief applicators, covered in skin tight pastel yellow fabric. The original model was mostly covered up, apart from her thighs.

Her hair is in the same unkempt style, with sharper details, but a lot less volume, forgoing the 'Super Saiyan hair spikes'. It does have several seam lines, visible from the top.

Her armor is more toned down than the 'tiger striped' Speed armor, with thigh and arm plates, a tail (now a proper wire), a lower back pack for holding her claws and arm plates and headband cat ears in both black and orange, in a simpler style than the more three dimensional 'ear scoops'.

She, along with her two friends, are all much more sporty looking in their redesign but it's not so visually distinct that it looks like a different range, as much as a different outfit, this time with pastel yellow accents here and there. The most notable difference are the newer single joint knees that look more natural from the front.

Mechanics/Compatibility:
Freesia uses the newer ball-in-socket joint that is more fragile but allows a larger range of angular leg movement. While Bandai refined the mechanical designs, it's all more of a lateral move, since you lose the double jointed knees. Bandai also removed all of those vertical tabs from around the body, although that change happened earlier than this release.

Freesia is fully compatible with the old stuff - In the sense that while her arms and legs don't have those weird tab slits, you can still equip Rishetta's old limbs onto Freesia and then equip all of the old armor bits, as well as the Speed Armor kit.
The claw covers do fit over the new black claws, but it's awkward. A better solution than the weird new 4-clawed hands, would've been 3 'wolverine style' claws and still fit into the old covers.

Freesia's new pillow department uses the newer two tabs and a peg connection. Her feet have fold out pegs, but her soles are hole-less. Better than the reverse!

Equipment:
3 face plates, small smile, big smile and a focused small 'o' mouth face with a furrowed brow.
Usual three sets of hands, cat ears, a thick wire tail, orange armor and a backpack for holding the claws, a backpack adapter, 3mm peg extender and a full set of orange ring parts.

Conclusion:
To me this is more of a 1.5 than a full on 2.0, I don't think the advances are that good, rather the improvements lie in the details and finishes, as Bandai improved the thighs to not have seam lines anymore, they stopped doing glossy skin, mouths are now 3D and the hair looks less anime and more 'figure detail'. That last bit, along with her sharper looking faces does move the model into a slight uncanny valley situation than the more stylized old hair+face, but it's a matter of taste.

Is the model good? Yeah, it's nice and satisfying. What's more satisfying is if you have the first Rishetta and you combine the new models with the old limbs and speed armor for a fully decked out cat girl (example in product images).

Personally, I really didn't like the pastel yellow breasts, so I painted them using a black Citadel contrast paint, to give them a black undersuit look instead, which is an instant upgrade. Not sure what they were thinking with the yellow-on-orange color combo.
